Alhamdulillah...i've made it...i've completed my second run ..Nike Run KL for 10KM...

( myself with my officemate - Jesson and Lee Wee )

It was a breeze and smooth runs...i ran without stop until 8km when my friend said that she got leg cramp... :( ...but she said i can move on...but i felt guilty for her...so i stop and pulled her hand and jog slow with me...and we've made it till the end...she was so happy...so do i!!

I eventually encourage her to complete the run !! Alhamdulillah...

Orange Run 2011

I did it :) !!!

My first 1/4 marathon run for 11km - Orange Run 2011 . Time taken : 1hr 35 mins :)

Phew~~ it's really speechless...

Yes, its a long journey but this is my baby step into my new passion towards running...insyallah !! Thank you to Mr hubby for his moral support, for his support towards my new passion.... thank you to all families and friends , i couldnt move on without each one of your support...thank you for all my friends that joined me during Orange Run 2011 at The Curve , Damansara...thank you so much for running beside me....i cant imagine that i did it...Alhamdulillah...this is just a beginning......

The Beginning...

Yesterday , on 07/17 Sunday , there's a platoon challenge for bootcamp that i'd joined.
We have 3 platoon which is USJ, Bandar Utama and Damansara Height. The platoon challenge was held at Damanasara Height ( hilly location ..pheww~~ )... I was in Damansara Height and my team name is Zulu Highlander. Bandar Utama team's name is Spartan and Usj team's name is Legend.

Started early morning , plank challenge - those that can hold plank position with a perfect form will win the challenge. Divide into 3 group which is Rangers ( like a beginner level ) , Seal ( intermediate level ) and Delta ( advance - kiasu betui ! ). I'm in Seal group. Previously, was in Rangers but this month was promoted to Seal group ( heheheheh :) ).
Our team Zulu Highlanders - won plank position - by Seal group !

Next challenge is Grunts with the perfect form and follow the counting by Sarge Dann . We lost this..too hard...i cant even stand at all :)

Later on, we need to divide into 2 team ( strong and average )...since we are small team and less guys in our group - still we divide our team into 10. Team captain suggest that we divide 5 strong woman / man and 5 average woman /man. The challenge was Tarik Tali...it was early morning..dark cant even see my team members so i just pull and gave whatever strenght i had...and we lost hahahahha ..too hard..then we realize than Spartans was all guys!! ahhahaa

then, next challenge was running ( yeay! ). Samething, divide into 3 group - rangers , seal , delta. This time we need to run as fast as we can and gather ribbons on our hands... the distance was a soccer field. And Zulu Highlanders - Seal group won this !!!

Next challenge was pull a big tyre ! We have to run until the end and then come back carrying the tyre..together ! Gosh....and we won the tyre dragging !!! yeay!!!!

And the last challenge was , tressure hunt ( bootcamp called it Long Course Stores Move ) and we need to carry all things - riffles , sandbags , tyres, eggs, water balloons, ropes. We need to run and jog down and up the hill and at the end...we win the challenge with complete stuff !!...

And the best is - we are the champion of the platoon challenge!! unpredictable but yet we are the winner !! i cry when they annouced - never at all in my mind that we can do it because we are so tiny ( but yet mighty ) team ! :)

For me ,winning the running challenge for Seal group was a beginning of all .... the platoon challenge had lead myself to my new passion towards running....now, im preparing for my next step of running which is Orange Run 11KM this weekend ! Wish and Doa me for luck to finished 11KM running within the time given...! Insyallah !!... :) Till then...

Recap - May is my first healthy step!

I'd gained lots of weight since coming back from State. Yes of course everyday with cheesecake and yummy dessert ... :) . So, i decided to move on and stay healthy but how? My friend, Azhana invite me to join Bootcamp with her. And, I give a try and at the end I felt so much happy and excited joining bootcamp. I realize that bootcamp helps me to stay fit and healthy. Release my work pressure with bootcamp and also i make alot of friends in Bootcamp. Summary, I enjoyed myself while keeping myself healthy :)..

For the first month ( May ) i had reduce 1 kg per week ( believe it or not !! ). And now, total 6kgs off from my body . The 2nd month ( June ), I do admit a little bit struggle with food control. I ate alot..dont know why. But still keep in control with my weight. And , yes, I felt so much healthier than before :) . The best thing is that , I can ran !! Yes ladies ...i can sprint!! I can do push up on toes , i can do sit ups and etc... And this month...is my 3rd month joining Bootcamp. And , this month will be my first month signing up for Shape Fun Run 5KM.

My target is 5 KM and then 10 KM and so on. I hope I can do it... I wanna prove that eventhou I'm wearing hijab, but still i can run like others. I can stay fit and healthy!!...

I met Mylone and Fizi at Staybridge hotel. Was glad at least i have friends from Malaysia in Grand Rapids. They invite me to join them to Luddington with June and Adrian. Since June was there, so i felt comfortable to join them :). So , we depart early morning from our hotel to Luddington. It was freezing but yet all of us still have great time. I love snow so much and was so damn "perak" with snow..if only i can swim in snow ( huh ?? ). I would like to share a few pictures taken during our visit. Luddington beach was superb eventhough it was damn freezing!

On 10th March 2011 midnight , i'd depart from KLIA to Changi Airport.
I'd overnight at Changi Airport in Rainforest Lounge Area. There's a small room provided for each to rest and sleep ( but seriously i cant even close my eyes , so i just read magazine and watch TV in Lounge area ). At 5am , getting ready walking to departure area and I'd met Mylone , my officemate. Was surprise meeting him at Changi Airport early morning and i asked him whether he's going to State. He said yes and he said he will transit in Hong Kong first. And my flight will transit in Narita, Tokyo . And he said wow...thats great and I was so damn happy to touch my feet on Narita Airport at that moment. We just chat around 2 mins and he need to go inside his departure area and same goes to me. I was so happy because i never ever been to Tokyo before. At least transit in Narita will make me more than happier moment :D .
So we flew from Changie to Narita , i believe almost 8 hrs ( i guess , cant remember ) . I woke up and sleep and eat. Thats the only thing i do while im travelling around the world.
Suddenly , I was woke up by the stewardess asking me to fasten seat belt. Yes, I did and went to sleep again!. And suddenly, the flight were shaking. And i guess it just because of the bad weather. But, a few minutes of shaking and there's a big hump at a sudden!!!. I believe my heart was above my body. Everybody in the flight sreaming like hell. ( yes of course including myself ). Doa is all what came out of my mind. I cant even said any words and i just wanna cry out loud. And, the flight return to normal but everything was on floor. We need to pickup our things and at the sametime, the pilot annouce that we reach Narita ( yahoooo!! ) and they are tryign to connect with Narita Airport. Everybody smile wide and happy. However, you know what? We were lingering around above Narita Airport almost 2 hrs. And , from smiling , we started to stare each other. Beside me was an empty seat. And beside the empty seat, was a 2 japanese guys. I felt something when we still on the flight. What is going on ? And suddenly, the pilot said that they cannot connect with Narita Airport , thus we are not allowed to land in Narita. However, they had connection with the nearest airport which is Nagoya. And according to Nagoya, there's an earthquake happening right now in Narita!. And everyone worried and talking out loud. I turn and look at the Japanese guy. He was like about to cry...pity him..
So the pilot decided to land in Nagoya and we all can have a rest in Nagoya Airport. Our flight is the first flight landed in Nagoya. It is empty at that moment. Only Japan Airlines were available. But , you know what? We did land and have fuel up our plane but we are not allowed to enter Nagoya. We were in the plane for about 5 hrs !! And , suddenly, the pilot said " there's a big tsunami nearby, please calm down ". And i was "Ya Allah! i dont wanna die here...i wanna see my husband and my kids and my families" and i keep on doa. Hours later, pilot came out and talk to each one of us. He said that we do no have any choices so we need to go to the nearest airport that allowed us to stay overnight. So, we went to Incheon Airport, Korea.
I never ever thought that I'm going to Korea . So, we arrived in Incheon Airport around midnight, so damn cold. Lucky that i brought my winter clothes. We were taken to hotels ( all by United Airlines ). The hotel is really nice. The first thing i did is took a bath, took a wudhu and pray. And yassin. And cry. And turn on the TV, all news are about Japan earthquake and tsunami. And , again i cry. I dont know what to do. So, immediately online and send email to my hubby and my manager in KL and also my manager in State. Everyone are acknowledge that i am safe and sound in Korea.
Then, i try to sleep but i cant because i keep on thinking perhaps the tsunami may arrive in Korea or perhaps i miss my hubby and kids so much! But at the end , i did slept very well because of the long journey.

Next day, after breakfast, we went to Incheon Airport again to revise our tickets. It was really really long queue. And when my turn came on, i was so happy that i can go back to State but they said that the flight are full and you need to wait till tomorrow and you will re-routed the tickets to San Francisco to Chicago to Michigan . I was like wanna scream out loud. So i went back to hotel. Keep my stuff and walk alone aroung Songdo. Nothing much , only freezing.
So i went back again to hotel and rest plus sleep.
Next morning, i went to Incheon Airport again and wait till my flight to San Francisco.
At last, I arrived in San Francisco and then went to Chicago and arrived at midnight. My next flight to Michigan is 6 am. So , wandering around trying to find place to sleep, i'd jump into hotel shuttle and they took me to the hotel. Stay overnight, cant sleep because it is just a few hours for me to depart. Then jump again into hotel shuttle, took me to airport and checkin to depart.
Finally, safe and sound in Grand Rapids, Michigan!! Alhamdulillah!!! I shouted " Finally Grand Rapids!!" and everyone claps and smiling. Some do repeat what i'd said because they also been thru the nightmare of travelling through Narita. :)

Kenapa? Why? Sebab kami pity Alanna , travel everyday dalam school bus to Maktok's house. Sampai terlena. So, we decide to changed school for the sake of her own good too. Genius Aulad provide Islamic lesson and prioritize in English lesson too. Hopefully, insyallah, Alanna will loves Genius Aulad.
So far, dah seminggu with Genius Aulad.... :)

One month of Injuries..

On 1st Oct 2010 , Aliff had cracked his collarbone...the first and second day are really hell for him he cant even move his hand and I cant even lifted him up...afraid of the movement..doc put him arm sling to avoid him move his arm...

Then...Later..last Sunday, he fell down again...on a road...nearby Mak Njang's house ..during Pak Njang's funeral...

Now I realise it is true that people said ( some does said this ) a little boy is hard to manage!

Well, honestly i keep on blaming myself as i dont have tend to be a good and perfect mother...i always blame myself eventhou my kids have fever...i'll try my very best to be a perfect mom..hopefully...but seriously, it is really hard to be as perfect as our mom?

It's been awhile I haven't update my blog. Here's a few picasa that i would like to share with all of you.. this is a trip to Strasbourg, France on June.
After spending a week in Michigan, then we ( 3 guys and me ) took a flight from Michigan to Detroit for about 1 hr. Then a flight from Detroit to Frankfurt for about 8.5 hrs...what a journey...honestly, i spent almost all my time..sleeping :)

Arrived in Frankfurt, we took a train to Strasbourg. In the middle ( not sure the place name ), we switched to a train that heading to Paris. But , we didnt go to Paris as our final destination is Strasbourg. We reached Strasbourg and I kissed good bye to the train ( i wanna go to Paris ! )... anyway..the weather is so nice...moist..all the time..i love it!...but..i already miss Malaysian food...um..

Was surprise that my host was waiting for us.. there's 2 of them , Steve + Eric..

From Amsterdam to Detroit...

Transit in Amsterdam for 3 hrs...and we were so damn tired but what the heck..things must get going...I was planning to sleep all the way to Detroit..but unfortunately , it doesnt happen.. :)
Anyway...we were on plane and was about to depart...however, engineer doesnt approve the plane to be apart as they would like to do afew inspection on the plane ( I know..it doesnt sound good ) so our plane was delay about 3 hrs again! Gosh....we was on plane for about 3 hrs...but I manage to sleep around 30 mins while waiting...seems like i am damn tired!

From Malaysia to Amsterdam...

It have been a long journey i had ever been thru...a very long 12 hrs journey to Amsterdam...seriously I can't sleep..eventhou i try to sleep..but still can't sleep...lucky..halal food are available in KLM Royal Dutch...eventhou halal but the food doesn't meet my expectation ( of course )...

It's been a long time that I haven't update my blog... well...currently..am on business trip for 2 weeks...a week to States and a week to France.... and for this post, is the journey to my 1st business trip to Grand Rapids which located in Kentwood in Michigan.

Here's what i've been thru :

From Malaysia to Amsterdam = 12 hrs

Transit at Amsterdam = 3 hrs

Delay in flight at Amsterdam ( which i manage to sleep for awhile ) = 3 hrs

From Amsterdam to Detroit = 8 hrs

Transit in Detroit = 3 hrs

From Detroit to Grand Rapids = 1 hr

Finally, I did manage to reach Grand Rapids ..alhamdulillah...eventhou i'm hairwired and full of dizziness..

Last Sunday, there's Alanna's kindergarten Mother's Day Concert...

Since the invitation card doesnt stated what need to wear , so, I asked mr hubby whether she need to wear her school uniform..but he said.." naa..it's a concert..she should wear dresses that she like..have a make-up on...she gonna love it "... and i definitely TRUST mr. hubby...and without thinking twice...i just followed whatever he said...

so..on Sunday...

i woke up early morning
prepare breakfast.
wake Alanna from sleep
took her bath
brush her teeth
dress her up
watch her ate breakfast
put make up on her...
on TV for her fav cartoon
and run upstairs for Aliff..
wake Aliff from sleep
shower Aliff..
brush his teeth
dress him up
wake mr. hubby from dreaming..
he went to bath and get dressed
mr hubby prepare all stuffs ( milk bottle , milk, hot water , plain water, diapers etc )
we are ready!! plus excited..

We arrived on time...but...i looked around..with my wide eyes...i looked at mr hubby..

i said to him " what??? everyone is wearing their uniform??" he looked at me " my biggest mistake of all..." then we laughed.... :)

We gather outside and walk together to the stadium

we are welcome with a school band ...

Happy Mother's Day to all moms in the world..apologize for the belated wishes....but i know that it isn't late to express my wishes to all :)

Went home after work and got a surprise.. on a table there's a present..when i gave my salam expecting someone at home..but none..and suddenly..i heard Aliff's voice..then at a sudden Alanna jump and said surprisee...and Aliff running crying towards me ....

and me..of course..as a mother..i need to pretend shocked..although i know..she wanna surprise me..she was so excited so why not i act shocking like hell..for her..hehehehe...

i said " thank you Alanna...i love you.." and she said," you love me"..means..i love you too..

yes i know...thousand millions time i told her that she should said " i love you" instead of " you love me" but she insist saying that...umm..she'll learn.. hopefully.. :)

Alanna's Kindergarten Sport's Day

It's been along time that I haven't update my blog. Lot's of thing happen around me lately...and Sport's day at Alanna's kindergarten is one of it...

a. They need to wear clown hat and they were split into 2 group. Alanna is in yellow team ( as seen in pic ). It's funny to watch those kids running with the clown hat .

b. Singing National song and school song.

a. Alanna quite nervous...but she can handle..you go girl!

b. Some of the students doesnt know what they doing...just simply run without following the rules..so funny...

Losing my way....

I never thought that I can't make it ....never do I thought that i will definitely losing my own track in my own world...what happen to me? what should i do now? I need to crawl back...definitely..i need to do so..for my family...for my own health...I need to keep on crawling to my lose weight track....people, I;m going to do this...no one else..but me...

Nothing is impossible..

It's been 6 months ++ in the new "environment"...I found myself in a special place..there's lot of things to learn here...I'm still catching up with the rest...and amazing is that I was selected to join a group of people who will develop a program in SAP. Can I make it? if anyone or everyone can learn new things, perhaps I can do it as well...Yes, I will learn new things and catch up with the rest.. and next week , I'll have training with them. Before that, I need to prepare myself on object oriented programming. Gosh...what a week :( Can't wait till next week when the NA folks are here.. :( nervous and scared...

Now I know and realise how hard it was to become a mother ... its really hard to get up late at night when you're really tired..it's really hard to control them especially during dinner or lunch...it's really tiring when dealing with their laundry...messy toys...umm..Alanna's bedroom..OMG...Aliff's babycot..umm.. - Whatever it is..eventhough its really tiring for me...they are still my precious little princess and prince... It's really worthit for all those tiring stuff...and i am happy to do all those things everyday as long as they are happy and healthy....When they smile, all those tiring stuff are vanished immediately...i love them so much..they are my life... my sugarbabies!!..

Im back for blogging...umm..lots of things happen around me lately....my big sis got new baby...Aira..3.9kg...my friend Maria also got new baby boy..lovely like his mom....my SIL got married...now happily living with mr hubby....my cousin's baby boy got chickenpox...im really sad to look at his eyes eventhough Adief keep on smiling as always...

Alanna already registered to St Ronan Kindergarten school.. orientation on this January 2010...Aliff is actively crawling around our house.. I must make sure floors are clean...whatelse...umm..oh not to forget...my cousin, Neeta got new baby boy too...umm lovely.....

and me...Im still struggling on my diet and exercise...Im gaining weight lately...there's alot of wedding invitation ..so you guess what? I ate alot...and..I need to get up and start once again...can i do ? yes I have to say yes..of course...I will do and must do for the sake of my own health...I cant let my frustrated weight to let me down..deep down...so I have to think positive , be positive that I will reduce my weight and live healthy..how to do? Aliff with fever...

Aliff with fever...pity him with high fever ...lately weather is unpredictable...sometimes rain ..sometimes hot..or am I not a good mother? or didnt I took care enough for him? Now, Im a negative thinker. When my babies have fever or sick...I always blame myself...as not to be a good mom...and of course end up with tears..am i too fragile? Not am not...but...this is how i felt everytime they got sick...and..everytime they got sick..i put all aside and just focus on them...100%..nothing else even i didnt had my lunch nor dinner..it's fine with me as long as my babies are OK. Today, Aliff is getting better...relief...alhamdulillah...and I drove to work with a big smile...because he is better now..he can eat and play..thats enough for me.. :)

Finally.....

Finally...its already a month I've been in the new company...its a great company..i love the environment..i love the people surrounding me...i love the open concept that they practise...hopefully , I'll be happy as always and as just like my previous company ( miss them so much! )

Mr hubby and Aliff is still on fever....unfortunately, today we plan go back to Penang, however, we reschedule to next week due to the illness that we can't avoid. :(

I miss daddy and back home so much...sobb sobb..but its okay...for the sake of Mr hubby and aliff health, I'll wait till next week...

Happy today! My 1st paycheck is available today...umm what to do? 1st and foremost, transfer "few" to Alanna's tabung haji and mine. Aliff haven't created yet.

Then, of course..shopping...hehehehe :)

I push myself to cook...

Its have been a 25 days we moved to our own house ( eventhough we rent the house )...

So, last Friday's night, Mr hubby request for a chicken chop...shocked but I took it as a challenge for me..yes, i dont know how to cook but i say to myself, its time for me to learn how to cook..

Before I went home, I went to Cold Storage ( its located on ground floor , The Garden ). So I bought chicken and other stuff for chicken chop...finally arrived home, perform Asar prayer, I went to the kitchen with full of confidence...and I'd started to cook....

Here's result of my chicken chop...was surprise with what i've done...and Mr hubby was in really shocked..perhaps he knows I dont know how to cook..but the intention of myself to have a try do throw us a good result...I got a thank you kiss from Mr hubby and from Alanna too...

Nasi Ayam Hentam Saja!

Finally, I cooked Nasi Ayam. Yes, Nasi Ayam folks!!.. I did it yesterday for total 15++ person.
:) ITs weird but i really do it!!....And plus, I didnt planned to cook Nasi Ayam. ( without any reference recipe )!!
Was too tired , but yeah people wanna visit us on Sunday, so whats wrong not to try right?
With my hubby's support, I step infront to cook. :)
We bought everything on Saturday night without any feeling of doubt...hahahahah..
On Sunday, I started to clean and ready everything early in morning. My hubby's relatives starts to gather around 11am...OMG...Im scared...just wanna fainted...as usuall..i melted...but..
Mr hubby said..no worries dear...you can do it a.k.a you must do it as you dont have any choices...
OMG...calm down...i continue to cook..chicken...rice...wash the salad...cut those tomatoes...prepare sauces..blaa.blaa...

Finally everything is ready...all of them taste...and...i was in the kitchen and Mr hubby came to me and said " amazing....its taste deliciousss.." heheheheh ..I smile with proud but...was relief...

Here's my recipe :

10 cups rice
10 cups chicken stock ( thick )
2 slices of pandan leaves

bunga lawang ( i dont know in english )

My new chapter of life..

Its been awhile , I havent update my blog...lots of thing changes currently...

Good news is that I've move in with my hubby ..of course...from Penang to KL with love...

New job...new chapter of life.... we rent a house nearby with my mom in law...she gonna take care my 2 little angels during weekdays...

I'd never been as housewife at all but since we move in together, lots of things happen and need to take care of...

Yes, slowly we clean up the house, bought afew household things and etc...

Im getting along with the new phase. Same goes to Mr. hubby. :)

At the meantime, we are planning to bought new house near Wangsa Maju ..

Pain is temporary...Pride is forever!

Sorry...haven't update my blog on last Sunday. Am quite busy with my two little kids..especially Alanna. Anyway, here's my updates for last week...

Previous weight = 78 kg

Lost weight for last week = 1 kg

New weight = 77 kg

so far total weight lost from 1st May till 31st May = 8 kg...

I'd changed my food diet to steam or boil vege. Eat with sausages or chicken balls ( non-oil fry ).
Also, I only drinks plain water but limited to 1 intake for Milo. Need energy to cycle too. :)
My plan for this week is to jog with my husband and kids...insyallah. I need to move the whole body. Cycling target only lower body. So for upper body , I will do exercise with my pink dumbell.
What I'd felt so far..... I felt ligther...energetic... no more muffin bangles waist...my stomach look more flatter than before...of course i need to workout more and more to make it more flatter....

my trick during cycle everyday are ...whenever i cycle..i'll make sure i bend my body abit..so that it will tackle my stomach too instead of hips and legs....

I got lots of feedback from all readers of my blog...thank you so much...your positive and negative feedback are my courage to move on with my exercises and diet. Thank you so much..

New pic of Aliff Amirul...

Im so tired this week...Alanna - flu + fever ...alhamdulillah Aliff is okay as for now...
Alanna getting better now...only flu...no more fever...and me...umm....my brain are crash coz im full of work...work + responsibility = really hard....but what's new for this week..
Last week , I went to sauna with my two friends. The best thing about sauna is that we can reduce our weight too...heheheh...sauna for 30 mins...you guys can burn around 400 calories...thanks to Tasha who introduce sauna to us ( me + friends )....so we gonna do that ..more and more ...to reduce weight ...of course..
So this week, as usuall...cycle everyday...the only different is that I did sauna..for the first time..i felt really tired..so much..sweating...but next day..i felt fresh !...
Like as usual, every Sunday I hopp on my scale....guess what.... for last 7 days of hard work + 30 mins cycling...i'd lost another 2 kg.. :) so much happy and make me more motivated towards my goal....

now ....

previous weight = 80kg
Lost weight = 2 kg
current weight = 78kg...

but...i felt that i'd cheated myself...bcoz during lunch at 330pm..i ate fried foods...the thing is that i'd promise myself not to touch any oily food...so..i cheated myself...but..never give up..yes for once..im not gonna repeat it again...no more lying...im gonna start again....will never give up...no more oily food..thats it!...

if i can do it, you guys can do it too....so why wait? let's do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Previous weight = 82 kg
Lost weight = 2 kg
New weight = 80 kg
so far total weight lost = 5 kg

Back to work this week... :( .. i miss aliff so much...

anyway, here's the result with my exercising and dieting for a week , I'd lost 3 kg.
My previous weight is 85kg and now i am 82 kg.
Got to work hard again...yes people...beauty is pain..exercising is so much painful..but the result will make us happier ever after...let's do it!!!!....

A wake up call ....

Watching "biggest loser program" everyday during my confinement period... make me realized that i need a change... Looking back, I did really gained a lot of weight compare when i was aged 25 .

My history..
I never shared my stories with anyone but here's the turning point...Before married, during college , I was weighted around 89kg. Surprise and that was my weight when I 'd met my hubby at first time. Seriously, he did falled in love with me ( with my weight like that ). But, I'd started to diet and exercise after my graduation day. What did I do ?
Daddy took me to Ca4 and we bought static bicycle. Initially this bicycle are for daddy. He wanna lose weight but however, when we arrived home , he cycled around 5 mins..and he started to sweat. That's the first and last cycle he did and starting from that he never touched the bicycle.

My starting point..
2004 ... I started dieting by replacing my rice intake with oatmeal ( quaker oat ).
Oat plus any other dishes . Drinks are only with plain water. Milo for breakfast. No more coloured or bicarbonated drinks. I did my exercising by cycle in the morning for about 30 mins and evening for about 30 mins too. My dinner are only at 7pm. No food after 8pm. Plain water if needed only.

From there, i'd lost from 89kg to 60 kg ! From jeans size 36 to 29 !! People are so much surprise with my changes...especially my aunties and cousins...they tought i took drug..hahaha!!

Things getting tough...
I got married 1st May 2005 ( coming soon anniversary )...I was 60kg during that time...
I'd got my first child ( Alanna Amira ) on 8th Feb 2006 and I was weighted around 80 kg.
But I did lost my weight later around 70kg... Then, second child ( Aliff Amirul ) on 17th Mar 2009 and I was weighted aroung 92kg.... Can you imagine????

I need a change...
Now ..today...I told myself I need a change...seriously to reduce my weight to normal again..
But..I have 14 days to finish up my confinement...so I will starts my mission immediately after confinement..

Starting point : 92kg - during my last pregnancy stage
85kg - after deliver my baby Aliff

My starting point will be 85 kg.

Morning Sickness ?

I think I have morning sickness....its have been 4 days I'd felt dizzy, moody and always vomit after 30 mins having food....I guess....I have morning sickness..but if this goes on...I guess I need to refer to doc......now I know how terrible Mummy went through all this sickness when carrying me...

I miss Mummy alot... ( al-fatihah ) ..........

She was really proud of herself...to have a pic with Thomas the tank engine.....

Loves Thomas so much... she have huge collection of Thomas ...bags, socks, shirts, pants, thumblers, towels, caps , collection of Thomas & friends and etc...

Confirmed by my gynae.. i am 6 weeks pregnant... we were so happy...plus Alanna too....although she was still confuse why baby inside my tummy...... i havent feel anything yet ...no morning sickness as for now...but i was crazy on sour food...something sour that can make my taste more comfortable....the most happiest human being on earth is my hubby...he was really happy with the news....and also plus...he's afraid of morning sickness...he'd morning sickness when i was carrying Alanna....so now..he afraid ...it will happen again... .. anyhow...whatever it is...i love you hubby muaahhss.s...!!

Working + Exercise = ME

So tired with my daily work..i always stuck with meetings and sometimes...its an adhoc meetings.... went to office..check my mail..check my calendar....went for meetings...solves system issues..solves work issues...meeting again....lunch...do some work...meeting...meeting...until mahgrib....then rush home...to fetch my little princess....arrived home...bath...play with my little princess...sleep....

One thing that i've totally changed is that i didnt take dinner anymore.....i feel this helps me to reduce my weight..but what i must do is that before sleep, i will make sure myself to drink a glass of milk...

what i've been practise 2 weeks back till now is that...after subuh ....i will drink 1 glass of plain water...and do some streching exercise ....and jump into my bicycle ( static ) and starts cycling....about 30 mins...per day...i will sweat...when sweating..i feel so great..i dont know how to describe how much great the feeling was...plus also..during lunch...i ate fruits and less carbohydrate...i did stop myself from all those carbonated drinks...avoid cold water...no more ice cubes....i only took plain water...thats all...now..hopefully..will keep on track for this....pray hard....

i wanna slim down myself for my health....

p/s: I haven't had my pms yet this month...wonder..why..... :)

From Penang with love..

Today....Im going to start a new life...with my family..

and starting from today onwards...i wanna make my things clear ..really clear..

i need to learn how to organize myself..my work..my family...*especially my growing up daughter... she's in a learning phase whereby whatever i do or said..she will done and said the same too...hard but this is true..experienced this situation last week...

what i wanna focus from today onwards...my work..make it organize and clear all my projects on my head by end of this year....my family....spend more time with them which i really owe them so much....me myself...sad but truth..my weight is same with my father in law...can you imagine that? I'm getting heavier...put on weight each and everyday....so i need to have a change on myself....my focus is on health ( sub to slim for beauty ..of course)..

Tomorrow is another day....

Alhamdulillah..I finally managed to have my own blog...

Never written anything via online through out my whole entire life...

and here's my starting point...

I am a mother of one, wife to someone living somewhere in Malaysia and I am one of employee in a company located somewhere around Malaysia too..I cant live without my family......

I loves cooking, travelling (so much*), tv, friends, ..and whatever i love to do..i cant figure out right now (blank*)...
